Voss – Push

Music video by Voss performing Push. (C) 2017 Monster Entertainment, LLC

Experimental Artist, GEA, Shares ‘Pink’ Visual

GEA’s debut album, Pink, is set to release this upcoming April, but she’s given us a peek into her experimental masterpiece now.

The indie pop artist originates from Helsinki and has been compared to artists like Bjork and Kate Bush. Her music seems pretty airy, fairy, lighthearted but with a stain of heavy mystery.

GEA brings us her visual to leading single “Pink,” and I have to be honest, I actually needed to watch a few times to understand what was going on. The best way I could explain it is that this seems like a reflection of what is weighing on her heart. This isn’t your typical emotive plot, with a girl’s echo. It’s more minimal, electric and innocent.

Check out the visual to “Pink” above and hold your horses for the album, April 25th.

Euroflo Drops “PUTP” Visual after Pulse of New York Take Over

Well, my team started off the year with good vibes from Ascot Music Group‘s EuroFlo.

The man started off with a take over show on The Pulse of New York where he teased that a new drop was in the works. Then he went on to perform snd interview for The Artistry.

Of course if you thought that was all Euro had in store for January you must of skipped over a few details. This past weekend the BK rapper put out his video for “PUTP,” meaning Pick Up The Pieces, which was actually shot in Upper Manhattan.

Good way to usher in the New Year. Check out “PUTP” and keep an eye on him.

Kwoat’s ‘Toast’ is the Anthem of the Year!

If you never heard of “shock-rap” as Mor Value calls it, well here’s the perfect example, Kwoat.  The Brooklyn bred artist took his first pocket rhymes in middle school and has slowly been building into quite the online sensation.

Need proof?

Well his social media fanbase is well over 25K and his Youtube channel is lit, his single ” I Don’t Wanna be a Playa” reached at least 2 million views.

So what’s the buzz with this kid about?

Well, he has an alternative melody and his rhymes are slick. His blend pushes a new turn up.

“Crowd surfing, energy, and interaction with the audience.  I love to deliver lyrics and giving the crowd an experience with explosive energy”

So where are we now?

Well, he just dropped a new visual in time for New Years, “Toast.” Honestly if you’re fed up with 2016 as much as the rest of the rest of us, this song is for you!

Peep his invention above.

Yo this is my song! Where did this guy come from?

Missy Elliott – WTF (Where They From) ft. Pharrell Williams

The wait is over. Over a decade since her last album, Missy Elliott makes her long-awaited return with her new single “WTF (Where They From)” featuring Pharrell Williams.

In the dance-heavy clip, co-directed by Missy and Dave Meyers (responsible for videos like “Work It” and “Lose Control”), Missy brings back the magic that’s been missing for all these years. The hip-hop icon shimmers in a mirrored tracksuit while dancing in an alleyway and sports a Biggie beanie in the subway station.

Dance duo Les Twins make cameos and Pharrell appears as a marionette. Missy shows off her adidas collection and throws back to “The Rain (Supa Dupa Fly)” video by dancing in a plastic tracksuit, and even busts out some moves on a hoverboard.

In addition to Pharrell, she has been in the studio with Timbaland working on her first album since 2005’s The Cookbook.

Watch Missy’s thrilling comeback below and stream the song on Spotify.

Jamie Foxx – You Changed Me ft. Chris Brown

Is Jamie Foxx ready to shed his player ways? The Oscar winner thinks he’s found the love of his life in the video for “You Changed Me” featuring Chris Brown.

The X-directed clip starts off with a conversation between the fellas about finding the right lady and settling down. Jamie throws a party at his mansion (“Strippers or no strippers?” he asks Breezy) and his love interest (played by Grace Gealy of “Empire”) shows up. He serenades her and even gets his dance on. Breezy also has his eye on a pretty young thing and the two make love in the hallway before taking it to the bedroom.

“You Changed Me” can be found on Foxx’s album Hollywood: A Story of a Dozen Roses, which debuted at No. 10 with 36,000.

DJ Khaled – How Many Times (Official Video) ft. Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Big Sean

Music video by DJ Khaled performing How Many Times (Official Video). DJ Khaled dropped off his latest single, a track called “How Many Times” that, like most Khaled singles, values star power over anything else. It features Chris Brown, Lil Wayne and Big Sean, as does the new video. Opening with a cringe-worthy scene of Khaled interacting with a lady friend (“Who’s your inspiration?” “DJ Khaled, of course.” “That’s the smartest thing you ever said in your life.”), the video soon kicks off in a Jurassic Park-style environment. Breezy, Weezy and Sean all rap in the foreground while Khaled gesticulates and dancers twerk behind them. VIA HotNewHipHop.com
